A Symbol of Resilience

The slow-growing, spiny Argan tree (Argania Spinosa) has endured for hundreds of years despite drought and erosion. We source from trees in a high mountain region where organic farming and controlled harvesting are practiced, collecting only the naturally fallen nuts.

Our Argan forests are organically- and sustainably-farmed, with new trees planted to combat deforestation.

Our Argan Community

We partner with carefully-vetted harvesting co-ops led by Berber women, who hand-shell every nut to get to the oil-rich kernels inside.

The co-ops pay women directly for their work, helping them achieve financial independence and send their children to school.
