Women-Led Co-Ops

We partner with carefully-vetted harvesting co-ops led by Berber women.  

Women collect only the nuts that have naturally fallen from the tree, then hand-shell them to get to the oil-rich kernels inside. 

The co-ops pay women directly for their work, helping them achieve a new financial independence and send their children—boys and girls—to school.
