JOSIE MARAN GALENTINE’S DAY GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

The JOSIE MARAN Galentine’s Day Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Josie Maran Cosmetics, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on February 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on February 12, 2025 ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

Follow [@JosieMaran] on Instagram.
Tag their best friend in the comments of the official Giveaway post.
Both the participant and the tagged friend must be following [@JosieMaran] on Instagram at the time of winner selection.
Both participants must have public Instagram accounts

Participants may enter multiple times, but each comment must tag a different friend.

4. Prize

One (1) randomly selected winner and their tagged friend will each receive a JOSIE MARAN Argan Oil Gift Box Set (approximate retail value: [$160.00] per set).

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. JOSIE MARAN reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on February 13, 2025 ("Galentine’s Day") and announced via a comment and direct message on Instagram from [@JosieMaran]. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Publicity Release

By participating, entrants grant JOSIE MARAN the right to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

JOSIE MARAN is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Technical failures, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in networks, servers, or software.
Unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless JOSIE MARAN, Instagram, and their respective affiliates from any liability, injury, or loss resulting from participation or prize acceptance.

This Giveaway is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
