Refund policy

Items purchased directly from JOSIEMARAN.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Good Buys or Sale items 
• Gift Sets

For purchases made as part of a BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promotion, both items must be returned together to receive a refund.
